Job Description


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work with a cross-geography group of stakeholders and independently design and drive the strategic talent roadmap for the IT team.

You are responsible for

-Strategic talent roadmap

-Execute key HR initiatives in line with global HR priorities of building a workforce of the future, inclusive work environment and enriched employee experiences

  • Drive talent KPI's

  • Be the coach and sounding board for leaders

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Stakeholder analysis and relationship

  • Program Management

  • Ability to operate in a global environment
