Responsibilities:

 

• Responsible for running local tenders (RFP/RFI/RFQ/Pricing Auction) with direction from A.D., Purchasing and Category Manager.
• Identify areas to improve suppler service levels by integrating agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI).  Review with business stakeholders and implement improvements.
• Perform and collect due diligence information required for evaluating and approving new suppliers, in line with the Preferred Supplier Network (“PSN”).  Make recommendations to improve/enhance PSN.
• Data analysis for purchasing projects and supplier management (supplier metrics and research, master data, market analysis, pricing analysis, monthly/quarterly reporting of KPIs, savings reporting).
• Develop and draft all assigned sourcing event documents. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Support multiple professional services sourcing categories and projects.
• Effectively project manage all initiatives

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Business
• Minimum 5 years procurement experience
• Demonstrated ability to think analytically and logically
• Personal organization and self-management
• Professional communication skills – ability to effectively communicate with peers, business stakeholders and suppliers via verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  
• Experience in contract management and execution
• Strong skills in spend and performance analysis
• Energetic, committed and dedicated to achieving success
• Able to resolve problems, transition and transform sourcing activities
