Responsibilities:
 

• Provide quality system leadership to assure internal policies, customer expectations and regulatory

• Manage the site Quality Management System as management representative, including assuring effective      management reviews, complaint handling, CAPA system, change control and internal auditing.

• Performs statistical analysis and work with operations to investigate trends, conduct root cause analysis and

• Drives a culture of continuous improvement.
• Perform training to all site personnel on Quality procedures.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 13485 certification
• Provide Occupational, Health and Safety Support at Site

• 5 years experience in Quality environment required
• Organized with good communication skills
• Knowledge in ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001 standards
• Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple levels of staff throughout the organization
• Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work as a team player and/or independently
• Customer focused
