Job Description
Amazon provides enterprises the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform worldwide, and more than 2 million sellers have been using this Marketplace service today. Amazon is developing infrastructure aggressively to support this growth around the world, particularly in the booming cross border selling area. Service+ is one new initiative to provide Chinese Sellers professional paid value-added Services including account management services and consulting services.
Responsibilities:
· Learn about Amazon’s cross border e-commerce business, Seller lift cycle, demand and pain point. Provide suggestions to help the right manufacturers and brand owners to develop, and optimize their business.
· Assist Amazon leadership team on overall strategy, roadmap and deliverable.
· Obtain the feedback/data/information and assist with making recommendation on developing product requirements and guidance for our strategies.
· Build the team by hiring the top talent from local market and install Amazon culture in the office, and also develop the best
· Be the POC on behalf of Paid Service team to work with other organization in global selling to dive deep Seller life cycle and service needs
· Drive Paid Account Service product adoption including Account management Service and Consulting Service
· Provide suggestions on Seller enrollment strategy and tactics, manage Service clients pipeline, improve convert rate.


This role will work with internal cross-functional teams, e.g. global product teams, marketplace category teams, China region development team, marketing, PMO and external stakeholders, leveraging internal process/products/tools to support Amazon global selling business.
