Job Description

The Investor Services Structured Funds team is responsible for the relationship with managers, distributors, autonomous agents and shareholders linked to structured products (notably FIP, FIDC and FII). It is also responsible for controlling the process of constitution and transfer of funds, analysis and intermediation of the operations and operational procedures of the funds, as well as for monitoring its investments with BNY Mellon's managers and internal teams.


Job Responsibilities:

 

The professional will act in the process of assisting managers, distributors and quota holders, various events related to structured funds (FIP, FIDC and FII), such as quota holder meetings, control of distribution terms, capital call events, quota amortization , hiring of service providers, control of the Investment Committee and other operating procedures. In addition to the team's routines, this professional will be dedicated to identifying opportunities to improve the team's processes and consequent necessary automation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Law;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication / verbal fluency;
  • Knowledge of investment funds (preferably structured funds);
  • VBA Programming.


Desirable Requirements:

  • Advanced English.
