The Subscriptions Renewals Organization is a key component to Bentley's overall sales strategy. We are hiring Administrators to process renewal orders and maintain accurate reporting of Bentley’s  Annualized Recurring Revenue associated with our subscriptions.   This is a key order entry position with great potential for career growth within our EMEA Subscription Renewals department. 

Join the renewal Subscriptions Team to support the recurring revenue generation and bring your operations experience to Bentley in this key contributor role as an ARR Administrator within our EMEA Subscription Renewals Team. Fluency in English required with one additional language preferable.

 

Your Day to Day:

 

  • Update/maintain user and contract information in the Customer Relation Management System.
  • Ensure contract information is accurate and current in CRM.
  • Validate Renewal Order packs to ensure that all necessary paperwork is included
  • Process renewal orders from fulfilment to invoice.
  • Support invoice queries related to renewals and usage billings
  • Upload contracts and invoices to customer portals as required.
  • Assist with providing supporting documentation during contract tender process
  • Ensure accuracy of reporting ARR for Subscription Renewals.
  • Perform other operational or administrative activities as required.

  • 1+ year experience in administration role preferable.
  • A results-focused individual, self-motivated and with clear goals, who can use these traits to adopt a team approach to best-in-class user service.
  • Suited to working in a busy and fast-paced administration environment.
  • Positive attitude, hungry to learn and can quickly adapt to training provided.
  • Ability to work independently and provide accurate results.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM system/SAP beneficial
  • Self-motivated, logical and methodical nature, and ability to think and react quickly when necessary.
