1. Responsible for In process QC/Incoming QC operations management.

2. Follow procedure and control plan to lead Implementation, monitoring , and verify the

    effectiveness of corrective action

3. Lead resource arrangement, coaching, training delivery  

4. Lead and drive initiatives to improve detectability and productivity

5. Lead and complete Performance review

6. Lead new monitoring capability set up

7. Work with Engr and relative team on process control improvement

8. Instrument and equipment maintenance

9. Other jobs assigned by QC Manager

1. Generally require bachelor, if the guy has rich experience in QC management, the education background can be loosened.
2. Good teamwork
3. Good computer skill,PPT,excel ..
4. English level 4 or above
