Drives programs/projects that will improve manufacturing floor and works to advance CE. Coordinate improvement through the VF. Drive system matching prior to system improvements. Conduct situational analysis to determine vision and roadmap. Ensure manufacturing remain ISO compliant to meet quality objectives. Drive VF station controller roadmap to automate compliance to work instructions. Partner with Engineering System to minimize cost of effectively controlled processes.

Qualifications

o Bachelor or Master degree is required. Major in business administration, supply chain and engineering related field are encouraged
o At least 5 -10 years of experience in semiconductor. Experience in Contract Management and Supplier Negotiation is preferred
o At least 3 years Technical background in semiconductor is a must .
o Demonstrated strong leadership and excellent communication and influencing skills.
o Have a high tolerance of ambiguity, and strong commitment to deliver results.
o Strong collaboration and partnering skills across organizations and with suppliers.

Non-Volatile Solutions Memory Group:  The Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group is a worldwide organization that delivers NAND flash memory products for use in Solid State Drives (SSDs), portable memory storage devices, digital camera memory cards, and other devices.  The group is responsible for NVM technology design and development, complete Solid State Drive (SSD) system hardware and firmware development, as well as wafer and SSD manufacturing.
