IKEA Purchasing & Logistics Area Central Europe is part of IKEA Range & Supply and in this role you will be part of an international team.
Your tasks will include:

  • Be responsible for supporting business development teams in preparing implementation and steering business cases for investment projects 
  • Provide analysis, risk assessment and regular follow-up through the different steps of investment projects 
  • Support the business development teams through the different steps required for credit and tools applications 
  • Perform macro-economic  analysis and follow business trends for our region
  • Monitor and approve disbursements 
  • Follow-up and monitor implementation of securities, in compliance with local legislation 
  • Secure follow-up and administration of IKEA tools at supplier 
  • Support the business development teams’ ad hoc requests in financial screening & analysis of suppliers 
  • Responsible for legal & financial due-diligence of suppliers (e.g. during supplier start-up process) 
  • Support and train business development teams within area of Financial Basics Knowledge and Supplier Finance working methods 
  • Support the business development teams in handling Extra-ordinary Cost cases according to working methods 
  • Proceed to initial verification of Short Term Payment requests in compliance with working method
