In this job, candidate will:

• Be part of a team driving supply chain transformation strategies.
• Lead and participate in project teams supporting high impact and/ or long-range strategic projects and initiatives execution. Initiatives includes strategic transformation and process optimization in addition to delivering solution for significant cost savings.
• Provide analysis to measure benefits and risks associated with implementation of strategy or new technology .
• Identifies gaps and recommends solutions for implementation including design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain strategies, models, processes, change management, business intelligence and tools to support business growth and requirements.
• Lead and execute digital strategy initiatives for supply chain, working with IT partners to ensure solutions meet business requirement.
• Program management includes work such as directing the work of third parties, including global vendor management, to meet contract specified deliverables, performance or business objectives, in the areas of process definition and implementation with alignment to Agilent business needs.
• Collaborate with key initiative leaders, subject matter experts, project stakeholders, and operations leadership to coordinate project plans, including implementation schedules and impact on resources.
• Daily tasks includes project management administrative tasks eg management reporting, KPI measures and tracking.
