As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will work with leading restaurant chains, retailers, and other food companies on moving toward free-range and cage-free eggs.

You will email, call, and meet with executives to build relationships with them and win partnerships. For companies that become partners, you will work alongside them as a consultant, connecting them with cage-free and free-range egg suppliers and assisting them with implementation.

You will work based out of your home, with some travel required for meetings (primarily around Shanghai, but also to other cities). You will have wonderful colleagues in the mainland as well as Hong Kong S.A.R. and internationally, who will work with and support you. You’ll stay in close touch with them through email, WeChat, calls, and in-person meetings.

Who We’re Looking for

We are looking for someone with a stellar work ethic and a deep personal drive to achieve success in the workplace; someone who wants to do work that they feel passionate about and that benefits society; and someone who is very skilled at interacting with others and selling them on ideas or products.

Direct experience in sales, marketing, or similar is a plus, but is not required. There is no specific education requirement. (We care about whether you have the skills we are looking for; we’re less concerned with your experience or education.)

In addition, we’re looking for someone with is self-directed and organized, and who does not need to be closely managed.

You must be fluent in English; some of the company executives you will work with are English-speaking, as are some of your co-workers. You must also live in or near Shanghai Province, as many of the companies you will work with are based in Shanghai.
