Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily IT operation tasks
• Provide technical support to internal staff & manage installations / upgrades for both hardware and software issues
• Monitor internal system performance including network and emails 
• Maintain IT inventory record and to facilitate maintenance and checking
• Perform regular server maintenance and application upgrades
• Perform system backup, data restoration and disaster recovery support to ensure business continuity in the event of system failure

Job Requirement:

• A degree or High Diploma holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in managing Linux platform
• Experience in cloud platform e.g. Azure & Ali Cloud have a definite advantage
• Ability to respond to requests or urgent matters after hours on a limited basis
• Detail-minded, Self-motivated, able to work independently and prioritize work
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills, communications skills and a good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferred
