System Analyst (General Insurance)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver applications to enable business growth
  • Analyze requirements to derive customer centric system solutions
  • Support business users in the effective use of systems and technologies
  • Investigate and resolve application issues
  • Conduct effective code walkthrough with the team
  • Design components for new/existing applications and write quality technical specifications
  • Document system design and functional specifications
  • Plan system integration test, design test cases and review test results
  • Plan, organize and control tasks and sub-tasks for project
  • Practice and enforce strict coding and configuration management standards
  • Prepare necessary documentations, including User Manual and Operations Manual
 
Qualifications
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Web/Mobile system development
  • Solid knowledge of Java/EE, JavaScript, RDBMS
  • Experience in Salesforce is an advantage
  • Experience in iOS, Android, Web Services, NoSQL is an advantage
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps is an advantage
  • Ability to perform with good teamwork in a stressful environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated, strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of English and Chinese
