Job Duties:

• Conduct SA&D in house for the new e-Leave system
• Provide support for the implementation of the new e-Leave system
• Monitor contractor's work and provide technical advice on contractor's deliverables
• Provide technical support and advice for production systems
• Evaluate the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions in resolving problems
• Take up on-call duty for the technical support of the round-the-clock systems
  
  

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 1 year of working experience as a System Analyst
• At least 2 year of experience in e-Leave and Windows servers
• Good experience in system implementation and management of outsourcing contractors is required
• Criminal record check is required
