Description

• Responsible for end-user support & respond to technical issues
• Conduct daily system health check and monitoring
• Perform the system configuration, upgrade, and maintenance
• Handle IT projects and act as a coordinator between internal and external stakeholders

Profile

• Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Previous working experience in relevant capacity
• Solid experience in system health checking & monitoring
• Fluent in English and Chinese communication
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong
