As Mechanical & System Engineer, you will be responsible for driving product design and improving existing instruments. Within our Pathology department, you will work on
research/diagnostic instrumentation.

 

Your main tasks will include:

- Designing Agilent products (Medical Devices/IVD Instruments) in close collaboration with other technical disciplines

- Developing products, processes, systems, services and scientific applications using engineering concepts and techniques

- Use product and customer applications knowledge to determine, define, develop and verify design concepts.

- Documenting research and writing design specifications

- Enhancing product design to full production/delivery

- Combine theory with practical and systematic execution

- System Integration

- Establish development plans, follow-up on deliverables and acting on deviations

- Optimizing processes & systems when required

- Risk Analysis / Quality Control
