• EC drive system validation and testing, especially performance testing
• Responsible for planning, setting-up and maintaining drive performance test bench hardware and SW
• Explanation of test results with respect to system influence factors
• Support drive test bench competence ramp-up in China
• Support electronics system-design definition, especially inverters
• Support platform and customer specific releases
• Definition of end of line (EOL) performance tests
• Coordination with other departments e.g. EVR
• Ensure time, budget and KPI achievement

• University degree in engineering / scientific background
• Experience in EC drive system and motor performance testing for at least 2 years
• Electronic/ SW background are appreciated
• BES-PE mindset and background
• Good ability to communicate
• High adaption to new cultural environment
• Excellent command of English
