Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- European fashion watch & fashion jewelry brand owner
- Retail, wholesale, distribute, travel retail and e-Commerce for several own watch & jewellery brands
- Own retail chain in China, Asia and Europe
- Watch products and fashion jewelry ranging from low-cost plastic thru to Swiss Made
- We are looking for TRAVEL RETAIL MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Manage the Duty Free & Travel Retail Business Unit for the APAC region both Ground and Inflight
- Analyze the Sell Out data on a monthly basis, be ready to arrange and perform Sales Staff Training, implement when required Staff & Promotion activity in collaboration with the DF Operators
- Review main competitors activity on a regular basis to understand the best practices
- Participate in the 2 main Trade Shows (TFWA in Cannes and Singapore )
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, CQC, logistic and finance to ensure sales objectives
- Ensure the accuracy and timelines of all product launches, marketing campaigns and other customer interaction
- Direct report to the Head of Sales Asia Pacific
- A consolidate experience into Sales field in particular into the Travel Retail environment
- Proficient in English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
- Experience in US/European fashion jewelry & watch Brands is an advantage
- Knowledge of the business dynamics and full operational activity of the DUTY FREE & TRAVEL RETAIL business
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Experience in managing Travel inflight concessionaires and ground operators of the whole APAC region
- Able to work independently, with positive business saavy outlook and results oriented.
