Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Subsidiary of HK listed company
- We provide a comprehensive range of financial products and services including asset management, wealth management, securities & futures brokerage, precious metals trading and credit financing services in Hong Kong and operating private equity funds in China
- We are looking for TREASURY MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Group CFO
- Responsible for maximizing the Group's liquidity management, and implementing funding strategies to support corporate business growth
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions in connection with the Group's financing activities and liquidity management;
- Review the existing banking structure to drive operation efficiency, review cost structure and negotiate charges and services fees;
- Collaborate with sales, finance, commercial team on business strategies in order to achieve business targets and deliverables;
- Oversee the market trends, prepare periodic treasury reports and analyzing reports;
- Take up ad hoc assignments as required.
- Degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Corporate Treasury experience, preferably focus in cash flow management, liquidity management and treasury operations;
- Exercises sound business judgment with decisions supported by strong analytical thinking and financial analysis;
- Continuous improvement mindset, excellent communication, and effective collaboration skills across all levels;
- Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese (Putonghua) a must.
