The Role

 

The TA Consultant will be responsible for the e2e recruitment life cycle for pan-RWS China and Asia Pacific roles.  From direct sourcing, headhunting, advertising and agency management to CV screening, assessment and the provision of an exceptional candidate / hiring manager experience.

 

You will also be confident in influencing and building great business relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates, while being driven to ensure time to hire and quality of hire metrics are met and that stakeholders are given expert advice and guidance around securing great talent. Responsibilities

 

  • Manage individual e2e cycle of talent acquisition process, including working with hiring managers to write role profiles, recommending hiring strategies, preparation of job adverts, innovative use of numerous channels for the identification and attraction of talent, screening, offer process and on-boarding.
  • Manage all logistics for arranging and conducting phone screen interviews, face to face and any others for the business.
  • Finalise positions including offer packages.
  • Collaborate with the wider TA and HR functions to align RWS career framework.
  • Develop networking strategies that leverage engagement for future talent
  • Proactively contact / headhunt passive and active candidates online or over the phone, and gain trust and credibility quickly
  • Development of extensive knowledge of RWS as a brand to deliver the best experience for the candidate
  • Stakeholder management – develop and maintain strong working relationships across RWS 
  • Think ‘outside the box’ with recruitment techniques whilst contributing to any process improvement you see in your day-to-day work
  • Be a brand ambassador, by proactively promoting life at RWS
  • Ensure full compliance with local legal and RWS internal processes (e.g. right to work verification, approvals, system compliance etc.)
  • Ensure a professional candidate journey
     
    Qualifications & Experience
     
  • A demonstrable background of a hands-on, direct sourcing in-house talent acquisition, working across multiple business functions and levels.
  • In-house experience from within a technology and services business is preferred, though agency considered.
  • Ideally experience recruiting technology focused positions
  • Extensive experience of using LinkedIn recruiter and other direct sourcing channels.
  • An excellent communicator and ability to work at pace.
  • Ideally experience of assignment delivery outside of the UK.
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Any additional language skills would be highly desirable.
  • Autonomous, pro-active and confident individual.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and understand business needs
  • Knowledge of Applicant tracking systems for the management of candidate information
  • Knowledge of GDPR law

A thorough understanding of the recruitment market including regulation, market players, skill hot spots, commercial drivers etc.
