           What you will be doing:

  • Is responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. They are in charge of planning, developing and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition Strategy for the organization.

    Your experience and skills include:
  • Bilingual is a must (spanish & english), a third languague will be valued. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Knowledge of candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques. Negotiation tactics, ability to plan for the future, interest in self improvement and education.
