Position description:

GBS O2C China is looking for Tax Invoice service line manager.

The Tax invoice services are responsible for Siemens limited China and affiliated companies’ customer invoices issuance and output tax reconciliation, the manager is to manage the team for meeting agreed demand quality and following company regulations and guidelines, further digitalization and high efficient solution shall be considered in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

Area of Responsibility:

• Clearly understand Global business service opportunity-to-cash strategy, business plan;
• Understand Tax Invoice service nature, opportunity-to-cash business trend, innovation as well as automation potential;
• Overseeing the full spectrum of tax invoice procedure from invoice data generation to reconciliation;
• Timely ensure the team accuracy of invoice issuance for every month;
• Preparing the team annual budgeting & control analysis per requested;
• Cost analysis on product wise and operation expense control;
• Support for implementation of accounting system, internal controls, policies and procedures,
• Make recommendations on various areas for improvement;
• Providing leadership & direction to the whole team;
• Business analysis for marketing trend and structure the main focus of business growth;
• Drive to promote best practices with customers and enlarge the service scopes;
• Customer relationship management with efficient approach way;
• Ensure high customer satisfaction indicator and customer satisfaction evaluation follow up;
• Ensure that timely communication with all internal service function team;

Required education background:

• Bachelor or above
• Knowledge and interest in tax field or shared service required
• More than 5 years shared service accounting working experience preferred
• Fluent in English and native in Chinese
• Skillful in Microsoft software, such as PPT, Excel
