Job Description:
 Be familiarized with and be able to utilize all aspects of the curriculum.
 Provide necessary training sessions/seminars/workshops for teachers regarding course material, classroom management, class activity, etc.
 Perform online or offline classroom observation and evaluation and give constructive feedback on classroom management and teaching performance.
 Perform test-runs on new lesson formats/material/platforms and provide evaluation and feedback.
 Assist with design of training material, training structure, and all teacher training related content.
Basic Requirements:
 A Bachelor’s degree or above.
 At least 2 years demonstrated experience in related field after graduation.
 TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or other locally recognizable teaching credentials.
 Punctual, strong communication skills and easy-going personality.
 A well-balanced, flexible and adaptable nature.
 A demonstrated respect of the values, cultural differences and expectations of the Chinese parents.
 Able to provide working reference upon request
