Job Description
Are you a people person? Do you know how to spread your enthusiasm about the markets to others?

We are looking for someone to:

• Lead the Active Advisory team of UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch
• Provide consistent and timely tactical investment advice to a book of HNW and UHNW clients, based on the UBS CIO research view and the individual client's investment strategy and preferences.
• Develop and maintain a book of cross-asset portfolios by establishing strong relationships with both clients and client advisors.
• Create ad-hoc portfolios based on individual client preference and strategy, sourcing ideas from the UBS CIO research view and the investment universe.
• Regularly discuss and review each client's investment strategy and asset allocation to ensure their portfolio remains consistent with their objectives, risk tolerance and expectations.
• Monitor and handle trade order execution, confirmation and supervision
• Be able to discuss with adequate knowledge and granularity trends and opportunities across each asset class.
• Stay on top of market developments and product offerings.
• Lead by example the Active Advisory team by actively coaching your team members, driving the idea generation, establishing strong relationships, developing best practices and improving business scalability.
