Job Description
Are you willing to act as a change influencer by encouraging employees to adopt new technology and best practices within the organization? Do you want to provide best-in-class expert support, advice and technical training on the different products & services available to UBS end users through Technology Services? Do you want to promote the use of self-help tools and encourage users to provide feedback on experiences and ensure products & services continually evolve? We’re looking for someone like that to:
• present interactive technical touch & try demonstrations
• provide one-to-one and one-to-many technical training sessions to End Users through workshop & event presentations (both virtual and in-person)
• participate in the improvement of knowledge management & sharing
• manage incidents & problems
• identify opportunities to bring additional content to the end user
• provide hardware/software support & advice
• provide user account/access support & advice
