Manufacturing System Engineer work to support the integration of the entire manufacturing process and environment to allow the maximum volume of high-quality product to be produced efficiently and effectively.

Technical Equipment Group (TEG) Mfg System Engineer (System and Data)

• Owning ES/PM L2 and L3 readiness to align with TEG goal
• Drive Safety and Quality improvement – related to human induce.
• TEG L2 MMR requirement, Participate in DO and post DO action plan
• Drive clear visibility of Actionable indicator , Report optimizing and Analysis TEG indicators .   
• Converging existing manual excel Head Count, Training, CSI and etc info to online system for better visibility and data storage.

Technical Equipment Group (TEG) Engineer (Preventive Maintenance/Sustaining)

• Own the Overall Preventive Maintenance System , upgrades and related migrations
• Analyze PM inputs consolidation vs the current spec requirement and to work with the stakeholders for overall PM effectiveness
• Collect and analyze Individual Trouble Shooting Capabilities and Performance of ES and suggest improvement and facilitate developing the Best know Method
• Analyze big data of Troubleshooting event to define the effectiveness of each

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate must possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science
• Owning ES/PM L2 and L3 readiness to align with TEG goal
• Drive Safety and Quality improvement – related to human induce
