Job Duties:

• Manage warranty and aftersales service for a range of marine group products

• Ensure all warranty and service repairs are completed at a high level of standard

• Deliver prompt technical advice and assistance to yacht owners and their technical staff

• Interact with quality control team in the factory to report defects and improve product quality

• Liaise with the principal on yachts handover and pre-delivery inspection reports

• Organize training for technical staff, yacht owners, captains and crews

Requirements:

• Over 5 years’ relevant experience in the yacht industry

• Familiar with yacht systems and operations

• Fluency in English

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
