Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for our first member in China as part of our global team. We are looking for someone in tech support with the following skills:

Provide desktop support for our users in a mostly macOS environment
Vendor management and purchasing experience, you have worked closely with vendors and suppliers for asset procurement
Be responsible for the lifecycle of office infrastructure and tech equipment for our employees; i.e. acquisition, asset management, setup, provisioning and end-of-life.
Network setup, printer system set up, Access Control system set up, Video conference system set up, and VPN setup for our new office
You will work in a team with software engineers and have the opportunity to contribute to wider projects that impact all of Canva

Required skills & experiences
You have 3+ years experience in a customer facing technical support role
Experience configuring, maintaining and resolving issues with products in the Apple ecosystem, in particular macOS and MacBooks
Deep understanding of network infrastructure (e.g. WiFi, AP, switches and routers), particularly in Meraki gear for corporate networks and knowledge of VPN technology 
Experience in managing office infrastructure and peripherals (e.g. video conferencing, particularly Zoom, and hardware, printers)
Prior experience in managing software licenses and user access is highly regarded
Strong troubleshooting skills in network
Knowledge of MDM in an Apple environment
SaaS app administration is a plus
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Scripting ability in Python or Shell is a big plus but not necessary
