Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving users' application questions or problems in the areas of software configurations/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements.
  • Turn lessons learned into technical documents published into an extensive customer learn server.
  • Participating in online, company sponsored Discussion Groups
  • Serving as primary support liaison between company and user
  • Keeping user informed of how and when problems are resolved
  • Involved in any additional follow up, testing and trouble shooting
  • Responsible for appropriate referral to other support and quality assurance areas
  • Conveying user feedback to product development staff
  • May travel to customer sites on occasions.
