Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Resolving users' application questions or problems in the areas of software configurations/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements.
- Turn lessons learned into technical documents published into an extensive customer learn server.
- Participating in online, company sponsored Discussion Groups
- Serving as primary support liaison between company and user
- Keeping user informed of how and when problems are resolved
- Involved in any additional follow up, testing and trouble shooting
- Responsible for appropriate referral to other support and quality assurance areas
- Conveying user feedback to product development staff
- May travel to customer sites on occasions.
Promoting and maintaining a high quality, professional, service oriented company image among users
