Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Represent Microsoft and communicate with Microsoft Cloud customers in APGC region.
- Manage relationships with multiple customers, partners and collaborate with MS people
- Document incidents, report customer suggestions and technical issues to Microsoft
- Resolve technical problems encountered by Microsoft Office 365 customers.

Work schedule:

From Monday to Friday
9am - 6pm with one hour of lunch break.

- Good English written and oral skills

- Interest in IT 

- Fast learning
(Technical skills are NOT required, will be obtained during the trainings)
