This is an exciting opportunity for you to join Agilent, and help further growing our leading global Dissolution Testing Product portfolio by state-of-the-art communication to our customers at major pharmaceutical companies, that use our products for analytical and stability testing throughout the development life-cycle for pharmaceuticals.

 

 

About the role:

You will join our Dissolution Centre of Excellence (CoE), where we will rely on your skills and ideas to not only develop, maintain, and publish user documentation of our products, but also to maintain our social media activities around dissolution testing, as well as to support us with online tools like remote product demonstrations capabilities.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Developing and maintain product documentation.
• Developing and explore new communication means to connect with our customers.
• Supporting the product information management database for dissolution products.
• Designing and editing as well as releasing in-house dissolution testing marketing projects such as online product catalogues, customer newsletters or other supporting items like industry news inserts or e-mail signatures.
• Maintaining, optimizing, and moderating Agilent Community for Dissolution Testing.
• Maintaining our sales information space for Dissolution.
• Supporting our ZOOM multi-camera video conferencing technology to conduct Labcast demos.
• Helping to schedule and filming customer demos and internal trainings.

• Delivering engaging and relevant communications and content.
• Setting targets and developing strategies to increase followers and engagement across our social media channels maintaining the daily content across social media channels.
