• Personal Qualifications

• Education - A Bachelor or above degree in Textile related is required.
  

• Experience/Job Knowledge/Expertise -

o 3~5 years’ experience in textile testing is a requirement.

o 3~5 years’ hands-on experience in operating fiber content identification is a must.

o Familiar with major textile testing standards and most testing items.

• Initiative – The candidate must be a self-starter who takes initiative in conducting and finishing the testing tasks timely and enjoys a high-level of interaction with technical service team and internal stakeholders.
  

• Language Skills – Written and spoken proficiency in Chinese languages is required and written and spoken proficiency in English is preferred.
  

• Communication skills – Good verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation & teaching skills are required.
  

• Teamwork – The candidate must be internal stakeholder to support all the related, such as team members, sales, TS, HSE, etc.

• Others

• High commitment to personal safety and the safety of others.
• High level of ethics & integrity.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

• Job Responsibilities

• Work with HSES to ensure the safety of the lab;
• Operate test equipment to complete specific test tasks;
• Submit English-Chinese testing report after every testing;
• Maintain the test lab as a high-performance unit;
• Keep the lab. clean and tidy.
• Analyze and test yarns and fabrics and support development work to match/improve key properties.
• Assist in complaint investigation. Work with Manufacturing and QA on analysis of yarn complaints.
• Communicate with test equipment manufactures for on-going maintenance and updates;
