职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

ZF is developing automatic passenger car transmissions for the Chinese market at our R&D center in Shanghai with support from our German R&D facilities. For our activities in Shanghai we are looking for test bench electrical engineer, who is mainly responsible for the electrical relevant jobs in the testing field, including test rig signal communication (field bus / CAN bus), test rig control system (PLC), electrical lab administration and other test rig electrical related jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Implementation and parameterization of automotive fieldbus systems (CAN, Flexray) for simulation of missing vehicle environment (various control devices-ECUs, signals) on test benches based on testing requirement. Commissioning of the simulation on combustion engine pallet and test rig (with existing ECUs from OEMs)
• Setup the signal communication on the test rigs (e.g. CAN-Gateway)
• Test rig IT support, coordination of all new / replacement procurements in cooperation with suppliers and IT department
• Supervision of test rig software (e.g. vHSG) on all test rigs
• Clarification of the interfaces to test rig operation system, troubleshooting for test rig operation system (PASU), responsible for testing data storage system
• Implementation and adaption of the test rig control system (PLC)
• Implementation and troubleshooting with corrective measures during test rig operation
• Execution of process optimization, standardization and service activities
• Creating risk and hazard assessments, monitoring of “safe” testing with test rig operation engineer together

• Close cooperation with all departments for test projects as well as building infrastructure team.
• Performing status, vulnerability analysis, vulnerability elimination and optimization of equipment
• Testing and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and HV test objects.
• Logistics planning, spare parts planning and material procurement
• Diagnostics of combustion engine pallet system（vehicle electronics）.
• Trouble shooting on vehicle during driving test （vehicle electronics）
• Performing all service and repair work on test rigs (Electrical related)
• Execution of maintenance and inspection plans for the preventive maintenance, coordination and execution of preventive maintenance measures (Electrical related)
• Deep technical development and application of measurement system with telemetry technology with BU Germany (sensor technology, data acquisition technology and standard)
• Administration of the electrical lab (goods management, process, safety...)

工作经历

Working experience

At least 3 years’ working experience in the test bench area as electrical engineer or PLC engineer or measurement engineer

教育水平
Education

Bachelor degree or above (in electrical engineering, automation technology or control technology or measurement technology)

英语水平

Fluent English

Is a plus

计算机应用水平Computer

Proficiency in MS Office software,

Qualification

职位任职者需要展现的专业能力Professional skills and abilities

• Knowledge about BUS technology, CAN, Profi-Bus, Ethernet.
• Knowledge about measurement system, sensors, amplifiers and data acquisition system
• Knowledge about basic Siemens S7 programming,
• Experience in electrical equipment, can read electrical drawings / diagrams
• Knowledge about automotive electronics. Experience of troubleshooting on vehicle
• Good PC skills (handling MS office)
• Teamwork, stable with good communication skills
• Willingness to serve afterwork (on call)
• Good knowledge of electrical component, switch cabinet and electrical installation
• Independent work and customer-oriented
• Good analytical problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills.
