Position Title: Tester Internship in the Cloud Project & Service Tool Development Team

Purpose and Objectives

SAP releases more and more cloud applications to global market, these applications shape our customers’ IT solutions and impacts their profit strongly, they expect a quick and mistake-free implementation. Cloud Application Lifecycle Management, which is our team’s product, is one pillar of a success SAP cloud implementation project.

Our team is a professional software development team, we cover all aspects of development: UX design, UI and backend implementation, quality assurance, team member will experience how a global project is handled in an internal company. “Roadmap Viewer”, “Readiness Check” and “Project and Task Management” are three applications in Cloud ALM, they are developed and supported by team of China. To ensure the quality of these applications continuously, we would like to invite young talents who are interested in new technology and able to learn and use them in short time.

The hired intern who get positive performance feedbacks in daily work will have bigger chance of becoming Full-Time-Employee of the team.

Expectations and Tasks

As intern of this development team, you will work in an international team on different development projects to improve product quality through all stages of software development cycle. Your main tasks include:

• Write codes to perform the API automation test
• Create/maintain/run UI automation scripts
• Perform verification test and smoke test according to customer requirements
• Create/track/verify application defects with internal messages
• Create/maintain documentation for the program operation
• Write/maintain test cases according to customer requirements
• Test the applications and interfaces between known functionalities and new components
• Contribute to development activity when necessary

Education and Qualifications

• University student with major in software engineer, computer science or comparable that will graduate in 2021 or later
• Major in software engineer, computer science, mathematics or comparable
• Solid software engineering knowledge, especially Quality Assurance, Testing methodology
• Experience in automation testing tools is a big advantage
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
