【Position】: Foreign teacher, senior teacher, Foreign teacher Manager etc.
【students’ age and class size】: 3-12 years old with no more than 6 students in the classroom.
【Salary and bonuses】:
2. Monthly payment (Stable salary): 20000----22000 RMB per month.
3. Sign-in allowance: 6,000 RMB ( Adjust to paid with the first month payment )
4.Flight allowance: 6.000 RMB ( After you complete your contract )
4. Contract Completion bonus: up to 15,000 RMB ( After you complete your contract ,depends on quarterly evaluation score)
5. Paid Holidays: 10 working days as paid Annual Leave +15 days as paid Public Holidays
6. Days off: 2 days off during Monday to Friday
7. Efficiency bonus: Depends on Teachers' workload (around 6000 RMB per month)
8. Over time Teaching : 150 RMB for each extra teaching class.
9. 100 RMB per one successful demo class.
10. 50-200 RMB for one renewal bonus.
11. 4000 RMB + 4000 RMB recommend bonus.
