Your tasks and responsibilities:

-        Play PMO role to coordinate resources and stakeholders, and apply PM methodology to:

a)            drive Healthineers global initiative to build the local treasury infrastructure;

b)            design processes to improve the documentation and transferability of know-hows of treasury and shareholder controlling functions;

c)             analyze the exposure and develop the effective processes to cover social credit system related risks;

d)            integration of strategic/M&A projects;

e)            other key treasury and shareholder controlling initiatives as assigned.

-        Support Head of Treasury to develop analytics and implementation approaches for  different target levels under the overall new treasury responsibility framework.       

-        On an ongoing basis, analyses existing treasury and shareholder controlling workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies for improvement.

-        Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.       

Your qualifications and experience:

• Above 10-year experience as project manager in process design and implementation to drive operational efficiency
• profound knowledge about healthcare market, healthcare equipment industry and respective business models in mainland China, and a good understanding of how processes are set up to handle and balance risks and growth
• Bachelor’s degree or above with major in accounting & finance, logistics, legal; PM training and certificate
