Our client, an established CPA firm, located in Central providing corporate and trust services to their clients
in China, Hong Kong and Europe, is looking for a commercial minded Trust Services Manager to join their team to support the business activities and growth of their business.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the business growth for Hong Kong and China. You will be responsible for the follows:

Promote the Trust & Fiduciary services to potential clients
Maintain good relationship and delivery of exceptional services to our clients
Manage the day to day clients services and administration matters
Drive and implement new initiatives and continuous improvement of trust services
Address client queries, and escalate when needed, always with a solution focus
Ensure all trust activities are in line with the legal regulations and Corporate policies

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines or qualification in Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in accounting or corporate services
• Good knowledge in trust, estate or probate administration
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or project and deadlines simultaneously
• Possess excellent commercial & trust administration knowledge and skills
• Strong analytical and people skills
• Direct experience and strong track record in Hong Kong or China
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
