- Build and support the creation of strategic roadmap for UBS Technology Israel
- Oversee daily business operations of the UBS Technology Israel entity
- Evaluate performance and productivity of the Israel entity in comparison to other UBS Technology entities
- Research and identify growth opportunities internally within UBS Technology and externally in the Israeli ecosystem
- Act as the “face” of UBS Technology Israel when engaging with the Israeli ecosystem
- Develop and maintain relationships with Venture Capital (VC) firms, government officials, key industry leaders, etc.
Create partnerships with leading Israeli ecosystem players, including startups, VCs, other multinational corporates, etc.
- Generate reports and deliver presentations to key stakeholders on UBS Technology Israel
- Maintain cross-border communication efforts with key stakeholders in UBS Technology
- Ensure all employees uphold the policies and procedures set forth by UBS
