• Conduct user research to gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product manager, CS, and operations
• Draw personas and user stories
• Create prototypes and wireframe for new product ideas
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, sitemaps and process flows
• Design and optimize graphic user interface and page navigation elements
• Create original attractive graphic designs
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Test for intuitively and experience
• Develop and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Hire and train other in the team
• Stay updated with latest industry standards and best practices
• Collaborate with other teams including marketing, content, and product to ensure successful product launch
