JOB DUTIES

• Provide daily PC supports, 1st tier hotline handling 
• Assist in troubleshooting as well as hardware and software installation
• Assist to maintain operation of application systems
• Assist system health check and report to relevant parties
• Maintain system documentation and inventory control 

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in IT or related field
• 1 or 2 years hands on experience in supporting 
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
• Cantonese speaking is a must
