As our UX Writer, you will own the quality content curation and the implementation of content related cross-functional projects. The role is to make sure useful, lovable, scalable content is produced with maximum efficiency and to the highest level of quality. This role will be the point person for the full lifecycle of content releases and will manage self writing, keep stakeholders accountable, meet deadlines, and communicate project status and risk, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Implements content industry standards and practices to result in world-class quality content, develop content frameworks, product narratives, and other deliverables that explain your recommendations and help people understand the practice of content strategy
  • Work with others to maintain and evolve voice and tone guidelines and help evangelize those resources across the company
  • Define the content strategy for a given product and write clear and concise content across multiple touch points (including product names, labels and navigational elements, emails, tutorials, landing pages, and notifications)
  • Work with cross-functional partners (designers, data scientists, marketing, operations, PR, legal…) to drive consensus across teams and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of our hosts and guests with our business goals
  • Help people who use Airbnb feel welcome and empowered, carefully considering tone and delivering content that’s consistent with Airbnb's mission of belonging
  • Approach all of your work with a global mindset, advocate for designs and language that internationalize well, and work with our translations team to improve quality
  • Share your work with the rest of the team, provide feedback, and contribute to the team morale

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Native in Chinese and good command of English, has passion for quality and content
  • Writing portfolio is a must
  • Strong writing and project management experience; working cross-functionally across a variety of departments
  • Experience with agile toolings is a plus - Jira for task delegation and assignment and tracking completion of items
  • Experience working in the tech industry is a plus
  • Strong background in data analysis is a plus

工作内容:

  • 与跨部门团队,例如产品经理,研发工程师等协作共同定义用户问题,产品问题,通过用户调研,用户及产品分析,策略整合,产出高质量的产品内容文案,提升用户体验和产品体验。

职位要求:

  • 良好的简体中文和英文运用能力
  • 3年以上产品内容策略工作经验
  • 熟悉中国市场,善于站在产品及用户角度思考问题
  • 有跨平台的工作经验,善于沟通,可独立完成项目工作
