Job Summary

• Complete planning assignments by applying standardized techniques on portions of a project.

• Strong analytical skills to conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.

• Assist in the preparation of plans and renderings.

• Write sections of planning reports and policy documents as directed by senior staff.

• Assist in the preparation of site feasibility studies.

• Compiles data and conducts research in support of project delivery.

• Assist in the preparation of documents to obtain necessary permits.

• Assist with producing client material for public hearings or meetings.

• Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.

• Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, or relative disciplines.

• 3 to 5 years’ related experience.

• Familiar with national design code and standard.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Well-versed in Auto CAD, Photoshop applications.

• Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.

• Portfolio attached is a must.
