Job Description

This is a senior leader level position that has full P&L responsibility for this industry. He/she is expected to generate revenue from existing accounts as well as bring in new accounts.

He/she will develop and execute short- and long-term sales and marketing strategies with his/her peers to deliver the revenue and profit results in accordance with the overall business plan for the designated area. The incumbent will exercise proper guidance and controls to operating plans to optimize revenue and profit. He/She will foster and promote effective customer relations across the business. Moreover, he/she will provide leadership to motivate employees at all levels of the business and organization.

 

Major Responsibilities:  

  • Entrepreneurial responsibility for defined revenue and design-win target under consideration of the Digital Security (DS) business
  • Engage with the key ecosystem players and position our DS interest and direction
  • Drive all necessary actions in order to achieve and to exceed targets defined
  • P&L Management – Ensures overall profitability of the DS Sector
  • Project Planning & Execution – Works with the peer team to coordinate resources to ensure appropriate account support and communication
  • Establish business budgets and maintains budgetary control throughout assigned business functions
  • Financial – Works with account, project and finance team to ensure the overall profitability of each account, and the business unit overall. Provides routing financial forecasts to Management and oversees the allocation of resources to ensure profitable, quality delivery. Facilitates the reporting of financial records to client on a regular basis.
  • Price and contract negotiation with customers
  • Maintain customer relationship on all levels
  • Measure and analyze revenue, cost and profit data to improve business and also to protect the interest of the stakeholders
  • Identify actual or potential issues related to business growth and leads team members to develop suitable action plans to resolve such issues

 

Skill Requirements:

  • The incumbent must have a passion for serving his/her clients, advocate for the success of the clients’ brands, and ensure their complete satisfaction
  • The incumbent must have the ability to manage a P&L
  • The incumbent must be a team leader, motivator, and possess a demonstrated track record of recruiting and developing talent
  • The incumbent must exhibit excellent judgment and communications skills while dealing with clients, fellow team members, and health care professionals
  • The incumbent must have the demonstrated ability to sell to existing clients, as well as the ability to bring new clients to the organization
  • Develop and maintain contacts and access to key decision-makers from the various pharmaceutical clients
  • Interact with third parties (other agency vendors/professional organizations/societies) where appropriate
  • Deploy our resources in a manner to best balance the overall business objectives of the company

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. MS degree preferred.
  • 15 years in banking industry, with at least 3 years in senior leadership role
  • Familiarity of FinTech and Information Technology
  • Sufficient Financial skills to communicate with potential and existing partners/clients
  • Ability to travel.
