工作职责

  • 熟练通过用户运营裂变、公众号裂变、活动裂变等多种方式实现用户增长,负责制定社交传播用户增长策略,对增长目标负责
  • 了解微信生态,规划并探索符合产品特性的增长模式并大规模获取精准流量
  • 监控全数据情况,规划ABtest找到规模化和成本结合最优点
  • 负责社交增长用户的画像分析,对用户质量和产出质量有把控

工作要求

  • 3年以上用户运营经验,本科及以上学历,能独立制定运营计划、落地执行各运营事项,有流量扩展或用户增长工作经历优先
  • 善于做数据分析和用户行为分析,具有出色的逻辑思维能力,善于利用数据驱动业务决策
  • 对旅游生态及相关行业有运营经验优先
  • 有规模化增长经验,对投入产出分析经验丰富者优先
