Internship Period :

Average 3-4 days per week preferred, flexible to discuss your own schedule during interview

• Immediately available would be an advantage
• Can be fast track upgraded to Wealth Management Manager once graduated and waive the 1st round interview

Career Progression :

Internship start ( learning ) -> Financial Planner ( not yet graduate, get the business lincenses and join the uncapped commission scheme ) -> Wealth Management Manager by AIA Premier Academy ( university graduates with holding bachelor / master degree )

Programme Details :

• Related license examination with sponsor will be included
• Comprehensive training for Hong Kong market and PRC business
• Perform client account maintenance, review and update wealth management and portfolio advice to your clients
• Absorb skills of handling insurance claims and underwriting
• To acquire skills of people management, especially client relationship management
• Learn the update financial market knowledge and our product briefing
• Site visit to private hospital and medical center may be included

Education Qualifications :

• University student in any faculties, preferred graduates of 2021

Requirements and Characteristics :

• Final year university students who study in Hong Kong
• With valid permit to work in Hong Kong ( holders of Dependent Visa / CIES Visa are welcomed to join )
• Passionate in wealth management and finance
• Fluency speaking in Cantonese with conversational Mandarin level
• Cheerful, good communication and presentation skills, good team player who able to work as a team or individual
