Job Description
To produce a high quality product within the Manufacturing Cell, following specific work instructions and processes. Be responsible for your own Health & Safety, work in a safe manner and adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy. Actively contribute to Health & Safety improvements and culture. Complete the manufacturing processes to specification within the standard times and adhere to SCMIS. Continually work to reduce the cost of poor quality within the Manufacturing Cell. Accurately populate and complete all Device History Records and E-Logs. Adhere to the Company Flex it Policy to ensure delivery on time to your customer. Adopt the business behaviours and work within the standards required. Actively contribute to HPS, maintain the 5S culture and adopt TPM, within the Manufacturing Cell. Actively contribute to the 3i scheme and Lean Improvement Projects. Knowledge & Skills: Must have completed the Company and the Cell Health & Safety Inductions. Must have completed Business Induction. Must have completed crane theory training and be passed competent in crane operation, by the Cell Leader. Must be able to access electronic build instructions, EH&S portal, problem register and TRAC database. Must be fully trained and audited on a minimum of one process within the Manufacturing Cell. The Technician needs to be competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens HC Ltd.
