About the Role:
Newly created role to drive change management for organization’s workplace strategy for Hong Kong. Overseeing workplace strategy and communications for Hong Kong region for a multinational investment Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Roll-out workplace communication program & strategy, transitioning workforce strategy across 5 buildings/work locations to meet corporate objectives.
• Design, development and implement of the change management/communications strategies across all impacted teams, ensure communication of vision and strategy are delivered to relevant parties
• Using different presentation decks and education tools to maintain change management processes, methods, and resources.
• Communicate all project plans and deliverable in relate to change management, including but not restricted to business readiness, training, communications and sustainability
• Encouraging, developing and supporting the ability of line managers to coach employees in their required role in a specific change initiative
• Work closely with the businesses to ensure the significant change is realized; engaging and influencing senior stakeholders for workforce change approach, running the pilot programs, and managing all change activities.

About the candidates:

• Degree holder with 7 years+ workplace communication, change management or Corporate Real Estate Industry consulting experience in a multinational organization
• 3 years+ experience working directly with Banking industry stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, strong ability to engage and get senior stakeholders’ buy-in
