Duties include:

-Calendar management for manager and makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports;

-Plans and organize meetings and off-sites, prepares agendas, and coordinates logistics;

-Supports office administration with associated tasks, maintains office supplies;

- Assist with operations task in support of the work group (ie: conference, staff meeting agendas, etc);

-Will work closely with other teams to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs.


Qualifications

- Be proactive;
- Pay attention to detail;
- Keep learning new things;
- Good communication skill;
- Good English - fluent read/write, basic listen/speak;
- Good at office tools like excel, word, etc.
