- European multinational company owning several internationally famous infant and mother care brands
- Hong Kong office : sourcing, trading and finance office
- Shenzhen office : e-Commerce office
- Specialize in : infant products and mother care products which include infant Toys, Nursery items, Juvenile products, Medical items, infant Clothing & Shoes.
- Main market : US, Europe, Asia, China and worldwide
- We are looking for E-COMMERCE DIRECTOR (China market) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the European CEO of Shenzhen office
- Build and lead a new e-Commerce team in Shenzhen office for China market
- Responsible for the overall operation and planning of the company's online store and e-commerce platforms, organizing and using related resources to achieve the company's operating goals;
- Responsible for the company's e-commerce team organization structure, system, process improvement and daily management of the e-Commerce department
- Responsible for regular analysis and summary of the operating parameter system, and put forward improvement plans to improve the operating system
- Responsible for building the company's operating team, discovering and cultivating internal talents, promoting the growth of team members and improving the team's operating capabilities
- Bachelor degree or above, at least five years working experience in e-commerce operation management
- Proficient in skills and knowledge of Chinese e-Commerce platforms like Tmall inclusive of their operation rules, promotion activities, optimization, maintenance, etc .;
- Have a strong sense of dedication, possess creative thinking and logical thinking ability;
- Possess strong market data analysis, marketing ability and keen observation ability to capture the latest market dynamics;
- Experience in infant product, mother care, fast fashion, apparel, fashion accessories or beauty industries.
- 建立和管理新的电子商务团队
- 负责公司电商店铺的总体运营与规划，组织利用相关资源，实现公司的运营目标；
- 负责公司电商团队组织架构、制度、流程完善及部门日常管理，统筹指导各店铺运营工作；
- 负责定期对运营参数系统分析与总结，并提出改进方案，完善运营体系
- 负责公司电商运营团队建设，发掘、培养内部人才，推动团队成员成长以及提升团队运营能力；
- 本科及本科以上学历，至少五年以上电商行业运营经理工作经验；
- 精通天猫等电商平台运营规则、推广活动、优化、维护等技能知识；
- 有强烈的事业心、具备创造性思维及逻辑思维能力；
- 具备较强的市场数据分析、营销能力及捕捉市场最新行情动态敏锐的观察力；
- 较强的人际沟通与协调能力，高度责任感，工作认真负责，踏实细心。
- 有婴儿用品，母婴用品, 快时尚、服装, 时尚配饰或美妆行业运营经验
- 工作地点：深圳(靠近地铁)
- Work location : Shenzhen (close to MTR)
