Develop professional supports for PMs through the whole project execution process, mainly focusing on inventory management. Initiatively & effectively communicate and establish a good relationship with PM, project related supporting function colleagues( including but not limited to controlling, opex, logistic and finance) for a better multilateral understanding and support

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring all the robot delivery information is well tracked in accordance with robot order exactly and performing logical double-checking.
• Preparing the monthly inventory related reports and making sure to finish them with accuracy and in the due course.
• Consolidating the inventory tracking KPI data for all PMs and making sure well knowledge by both PMs and management, initiatively offering the suggestions on process for a better overall efficiency.
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or above.
• Must have 2-5 years of experience in project support/data analysis.
• Should have high level of responsibility and strong Excel skills.
• Must have fluency in both written and oral in Chinese and English language.
• Should exhibit teamwork spirit.
